When it comes to CFC we destroyed the "out-the-box" thinking method and we're searching for "the box never existed" type of people. Creators applying for these positions should have backgrounds in (but are not limited to) Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, Business, PR,  Journalism, English, or a related field, with some of experience in Research and Development. Potential for Full-Time Team Member at conclusion of Internship or other positions.

Executive Assistant — Atlanta

It's take a lot to keep CFC together and if organizing schedules, decoding notes/audio recording, assisting in corporate communications, and attending swanky events sounds exciting to you then step right up.

We are searching for an intern to research and follow up leads. A successful candidate will act as Creative Director's right hand and assist in overseeing completion of projects to CFC team. Must be able to take data and information (audio/video recordings, emails, notes, and presentations) to develop strategic ideas and business goals, put together timelines, organize  information, follow up with  key digital influencers, bloggers, and trade media, and Effectively communicate goals, objectives, and deadlines to creative team in addition to doing independent research on ways to effectively implement company goals. Having self motivation and a positive attitude is a must.

Qualifications

Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to conferences, events, and summits.  Ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and ambitious goals that is a proactive problem solver who possesses a ‘no job too small or too large’ perspective. Access to computer, mobile phone and video chat capability. Exceptional relations and communication skills with an utmost sense of professionalism and discretion and an aptitude at maintaining STRICT confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts. 

Content Writer/Editor — Atlanta/Remote

Ever meet that person that has so much to say but just doesn't know how to say it sometimes? Do you love digesting new content in any form (digital stories, news, podcasts, books, etc.), enjoy flexing your creativity muscle and brainstorming ideas, and are passionate and/or curious about wellness, lifestyle, business, and entertainment?

We are searching for an intern who takes great pride in their work and loves telling stories and creating vivid and exciting pictures with words. Blog posts tend to be your canvas, posting weekly on CFC related topics, the latest trends, post reviews and reach out to subscribers encouraging them to contribute both positive and insightful feedback. The content internship writer will work remotely to develop and create content for our blog. Writer will communicate with leadership, clients, and potential interview sources to generate enterprise stories that empower and inspire people to be agents of change by consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies  Role is best suited for those who are just as enthusiastic about making a difference in the world as they are with writing, socializing and meeting new people. Having self motivation and a positive attitude is a must.  

Qualifications

Must be self-motivated, accountable and can work with minimal direction, have strong editorial judgement, and function well with a fluid, flexible workload. Planning and looking ahead is a must. Experience with writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, etc.) Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business’ various types of content. Curiosity & comfort with conducting focused interviews with business owners. An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale blog marketing strategies and tactics.Understanding of Google Analytics and SEO. Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.

Social Media Intern — Atlanta or Remote

If you understand that social media is not  just a numbers game and truly want to create a platform for Real engagement then you're already ahead of the curve. We want to grow our followers through interaction, engagement, heart-felt moments, laughs, truth, and sometimes pain.

We are looking for a superstar social media intern with experience who is not afraid to take charge and show us what you got. Role will grow and manage our brands' online social presence. This includes monitoring, tagging and analysis of social media conversations across various platforms, maintenance of our brands' social media sites and reputation management in addition to identifying and engaging bloggers, other influencers and brand advocates to build loyalty and affinity to further enhance brand communication. Will proactively listen and engage with brand communities to optimize content and identify any opportunities

Qualifications

Knowledge of new social media tools and platforms, best practices, and use within the competitive landscape. Social Media experience and a high level of familiarity with various social media Analytics and Algorithms. Understanding of the digital and social media universe including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Pinterest, Google, Twitter, blogs, etc. Is active on all channels and has had a presence in the social spaces. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to convey goals to CFC team members. Excels at research, is able to identify threats and opportunities in social media content. Ability to work on a project in a team environment. Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
